As a keen dog lover and having two Beagles i do fell for the dog...but without a vet certificate you should be careful what you say here. Inherently dogs get a bit nervous at the clipping situation and accidents occur. Ok, the groomer didn’t handle the situation very professionally and surly he is covered for such occurrences and probably doesn’t give a toss loosing a customer. Give the dog a nice stake, a pat on his rear, tomorrow he be still wiggling his tail and happy to see you taking him for a walk. What a dogs life..!
