Hey,

I just recently got my radiator fixed after a front-on hit and on idle, the radiator fans arent working, only when a/c is on. Im not saying this is not normal, im just seeing if it sounds normal or not as i never really took notice of the radiator fans before the accident.

Do they work on an on/off cycle? I think i remember on some cruises when i let the car idle down, i hear the fans turning on and off in a cycle rather than constantly on.
Just asking because on my friends S14 and 32R, their rad. fan is connected to some pulley and is always working, but with my car, it seems as if the fans are run by independent motors.

So my question is, when are my radiator fans ment to be working(03 WRX)?
