yea i drive a MY99

well to be honest it may not be boost cut but to me it sure has to be ?? ( ive been known to be wrong but :P )

at bout 16 psi it cuts in and the boost the boost gauge drops to bout 10 psi then starts to pick back up again, its not super violant, like evo2 described it but i think its boost cut ??
