Umm take a chill pill.
The problem is you haven't mentioned any previous experience and from past examples, most people have zero idea about tuning and end up doing something silly. This is why most people recommend seeing a Subaru specialist for the tuning (you don't go and see a gynecologist when you have an ear infection do you?).
Now if you could explain your issue better I'm sure someone can help out. i.e. are you unable to install the software to the laptop, are you unable to plug into the
ECU etc etc.
