ok, i cant think of what your cluster would look like..
AFAIK the late my97 (early 98 build) have the old style and the newer my98 have a cluster like a 99/00
There will be a eeprom, that will most likely store the km's then, since they arent tied to the
ecu.
Try them anyway, they might be able to give you a hand with it.
