Please, for the love of God, dont buy shitty, cheap quality rims. If your tempted by the price, you'll be tempted by the fact i paid $2300 all up for my Work Emotions once i slapped on some quality Kuhmo rubber as well. Seriously, spend the extra money for decent jap rims.
