Sounds electrical somewhere .. Not to do with heat by the fact it happens even when everything is cool.

Drop it back to ASG and get a multimeter on it when it's doing it??

Sounds like a frustrating problem! I've had a similar problem before .. And it was Brandt also .. Car won't start, regardless of heat it would seem ..

Did it when the Brandt was disarmed, CEL off and pump primed .. turn key .. nothing but silence.
