I think anti lag and rotational idle are both turned on by the same switch, and it is usually an active low, i.e. your switching ground. Why you have 2 switches I'm not sure, maybe the other is for launch control? I'd say Matt is right, RMS would have installed it, so they should be able to tell you what they do.
