If you have ANYTHING illegal on your car, dont bother with permits. Its not going to stop you getting yellowed

IE, getting permits for your POD, gauges, suspension etc etc is great but if the cops can still here your BOV 3 miles away or cant see you through your 5 grade tine, your going to get yellowed for that instead. Come inspection day, those things that would have been permitted, will still pass!
