Lowering by 30mm is actually quite a lot. (A lot of aftermarket springs only lower by ~20mm others ~50mm)

Subaru's inherently have the front 'looking' higher when in-fact they are both the same height.

As for getting springs 're-sized' it can be done, but it will make everything absolute poo.
