My exact point on why permits are USELESS waste of $ in cases like this though!
Cops pull you over after hearing PSSSSSSST, give you the usual RBT and car / engine search. While you may have permit for POD, CAI, FMIC etc etc etc, hes still going to yellow you for the
BOV..
Perhaps if your car is "unusual" (ie Stace's) then they no doubt help, but to the average ricer, they wont neccesarily stop you from getting yellowed.
