If your after an economical solution fit the Whiteline 20-30mm lower springs. The super lows drop things about 50mm and will give you a shite ride and wear out your shockies faster. Btw optimum ride height from underside of guard to center of rim is 320mm on a GC. Its pretty high but that can be lowered a bit if you add in a roll center adj kit.

Coil overs depend on how deep your pockets are?
