Spot on Booga, also worth noting the oil starts off thin and thickens with heat. So my Castrol Edge 10W60 really provides some protection once warm. Generally if you have a motor that uses variable valve timing, (02 WRX onwards) then you need to stay with a thinner oil. These are options best discussed with a Mechanic that has been there and done that.
