Nope, they just wanted any proof of purchase, reciept or box, I showed them both. Should all be good, so the chick said.
Got the window fixed today, spent two hours vacuming glass out of every nook and cranny of my car
, window re-tinting booked in for monday avo.
Real shitter is my detector was hard wired in, they just pulled the thing of with the plug still attached at the end, now i just have stripped wires and no more plug. Stupid f#@kers, the cigi plug was in the center dash.
oh well, lesson learnt, never EVER leave shit in the car, wherever I park it!!
May see if I can get the detector "upgraded' to the bel sti with the help of a friendly (and/or corrupt) shop assistant
then at least some good would have come out of it all.
