on a side note, just got back from the gym, by myself.
Did 11km (20mins) on the bike at 128bpm heart rate (recommended heart rate for "fat burn" for my age)
Did 10mins on the air walker stepper thing (killed me)
did 3 sets of 12 reps of 30kg bicep curls
did some pushups and situps (actually suprised i could still do them)
swam 10 laps of the pool at pace (7 laps freestyle, 2 laps breaststroke, 1 lap butterfly)
i feel all exhausted, which is good... same again tomorrow, maybe a steady increase in length...
