Im 5'9 and 82kgs...hit the gym 3 nights a week with 1.5-2 hour sessions and train for soccer 2 nights a week with games on sundays..
diet is the key and sufficient supplements to back it up..i eat5-6 meals a day, have at least 2 protein shakes, take a multivitamin, have no-explode before my workout and cellmass afterwards..
people have got to stop looking at the weight side of things and focusing on what the body actually looks like and bodyfat percentages..
would you rather be 85kg and toned or 75kg and fat?
