- P platers do not get double the fine.
- You dont get double the points for a company car.
- Yes you do have to nominate the driver of your car if you weren't driving under sec 58. If you don't you get fined BIG. Something like 1k-2k.
- Fines are 0-9 = $75 & 0 points.
10-19 = $150 & 2 points
20-29 = $300 & 3 points
30-39 = $700 & 5 points
40-45 = $1000 & 7 points (really good dishing out one of these on long weekends :-))
45+ = reckless

Also P platers are no longer allowed to drive between midnight and 5am unless working and also 0 blood alcohol.
