I saw what i believe to be a WRCBlue-coloured my99/my00 up here in Kalumunda today as I was passing the pub. I thought at first that it was ust an STi wanna-be (like mine) coz it had the right STi stickers, badges and fog light covers. But what sealed it was seeing the rear window wiper! I know theses are only on the STis.

i was under the impression that the STis up to my00 only came in white or a special colour like Steel Blue(or grey i forget) Meca. Someone elighten me!! I'm thinking he added a wiper! Thanks P-WRX brainlords (you know who you are...)
