Best way is to use a knock amp and listen to how bad it rattles.

I won't use Caltex Vortex 98 at all based on that reason, everytime I've had it in the car it rattles like all buggery! (when i boot it)

However this is the internet and everyone has their own opinions

BP 98 - works, why change formula when it works.
