He only needs advice off them for a start just to get him going in the right direction. Besides, with seemingly deep pockets there is no reason he couldn't arrange to ship over modded parts or even an entire built engine etc.

hmmm because u cant tune an ecutek 10,000 miles away... unless hes going to pay for them to go over to dubai... and if ur going to do that then ur better getting a standalone

And i think there are ALOT more cheaper and better alternatives like COSWORTH/AXIS then to go to a small engine builder...
