These are the replies I`ve had from motec on the subject.....he`s pretty adamant that it can`t and shiuldn`t be done..... But I`d be willing to give it a go !

If you were to do it thru the existing outputs which are used for "other"(a/c relay, ?, ?, ?)things on the pnp ,motec you would then of course lose the functionality of those things...what ever all of them are !

Tino email me you config file if you have it.

Hello Justin,
The M800 OEM has been designed to run a factory car with only four
injectors. The spare injector outputs are being used to run other
functions like the A/C. The circuit board has not really been designed
to run eight injectors.

There is not really any reliable way of doing it without major
modifications to the Sub Board. The small wiring tracks in the board
have been sizes to cope with the function they were designed for and
none of them have been designed with injectors in mind. You could
connect injectors to the wires where they come out to the factory plug
but it would be hit or miss as to weather the board will not be damaged.

Normally for this type of installation you would buy a normal "gold box"
M800 and do a wiring adaptor to the factory harness. There are no
guarantees you will not hurt the Sub Board of the OEM ECU or simply have
bad control of the injectors.

There is an expander but no for injectors. The Expander is mainly for
sensor inputs but will do some Auxiliary output functions definitely
will not do injectors.
