I take it that your
BOV in this case was a plumb back(aftermarket)? Coz ya aint gonna get a permit for an atmo
BOV, even a "quiet" one, unless I'm mistaken

Wowee...gotta be somethin wrong there... legal is around 90dB and decibels are an exponential measure of sound. 130dB would be more like Krakatoa going off at 5Km
