Mine definately does, dont know the brand off hand though. Worth a go, as I had the same issue when I bought my place. Heaps of cold water pressure, stuff all hot water. Turned the 'temperature' down on the system, hot water pressure was better, but took longer for the water to heat up.
Bit of fine tuning to get a balance of heat to pressure ratio, and bob's your uncle.
