Well I hate to say it but those rims are designed to accept the clip on outer wheel weights, exactly what rocky631689 said.

You need to specify to them where you would like the weights placed, otherwise, well you found out!

There is no such thing as a qualified tyre fitter in the automotive industry.

So many guys get a job fitting tyres and after a few months call themselves a qualified tyre fitter, what is that anyway?? Qualifying for what??
