Since then I am up to 76kg in about 3 weeks and that is with losing about another 600-1kg in fat in my estimation. So very happy. Definitely more muscle on arms and I am surprised. I was already taking 2 diff protein powders before switchign to just this one.
Be aware that once you start taking creatine you will easily put on 2kg of weight but this is just water. The creatine pulls water into the muscle cell which is the reason why your muscles feel fuller and you pobably get a better pump when training. This is a great side effect as the weight is gained in the muscle, not between the skin and muscle.
I'm definetly not trying to burst your bubble rather than give you a heads up due to the fact if you stop taking creatine the water will flush out leaving you scratching your head about where the kg's have gone.
Also be aware that the supplement game is a Billion $$ industry and that your body doesn't know the difference between a $60/kg protein powder and a $200 protein powder. Just remember the monkeys on the cover of Nitrotech ( from memory made by Muscletech?? ) are on more gear than the horse that will win this years Melbourne Cup.
You are killing it so keep up the hard work
