doubt the waterspray water would make it down to your coils (they are overplug setup on yours) not ontop of the manifold as on the early wrx's\sti's

if you are running an oiled pod with an afm you must have missed the subaru basics 101 class

it will be a fouled afm for sure, give it a clean with electrical circuit board/contact cleaner & put a dry pod on there (i have an apexi one) and you will be laughing, i'd almost put money on it
