I prefer FMIC because I think it works better in hot summer days, so far we've had a few 45 degree days so I can only imagine how hot it is under the bonnet.

I also don't think FMIC is laggy at all, I don't notice any extra lag with my APS FMIC (with AVO400s), in comparison to the previous AVO TMIC (previous setup VF34).
