Yes i know. I am going to try to brake a little earlier this year, dont know if that will change anything. I also change my pads when they get down to about 3mm, so i think i will start wearing them a little thinner too. Mayby it is because of the different pad/rotor size of my car vs yours?

Do you have ducting to your brakes?
Check the old 'Collie raceday' thread from like 2 years ago(?)... there was a ton of pics posted up after that day demonstrating all kinds of brake 'nightmares' (wear & tear etc). At the time I was running similar setups to most, but due to ducting had much better outcomes- only had to rub back a bit of glazing, but that happens.
