Talking about Vista issues, can someone help me with the issue my wife's laptop is having.
It randomly brings up a screen saying "USB debug'blah blah blah, and then gives a 30 second countdown before the computer restarts.
The computer shop we bought it from says that windows needs to be reloaded and want's to charge us $90 to do it. I would have thought if it's an issue like that then warranty should cover it? I don't much about computers, am I wrong to think it would be a warrantable problem?
