It's a 30 minute job to replace the pump. You don't even need to remove the seat. Just gain access through the boot and use the floding action on the rear seat to make it easy to work on. You pump is fucked for sure, just bust it out and replace with walbro GSS-342. It's a straight replacement and a much better quality pump. Rated to 500hp... If you turn the key and it's not making a noise rip it out dude!! Highly doubt it's an electrical fault.
