Yeah should have mentioned that Nero Express or StartSmart will not be able to convert it. As Rexy03 has said you need to "obtain" a copy of Nero v9 that you can download from Nero's website http://www.nero.com/ena/downloads-nero9-update.php and "obtain" a key that will allow you to select the full nero suit inc Nero Vision.
