Mate, yep, heads bolt stright on.
No immediate change in power from the swap, but you are able to run more boost so get more power out of it that way.
As WRXTACY mentioned earlier in the thread, my99/00 heads are the best flowing up to 05 so you get a great little engine for a small cost.
