Simply answer is NO otherwise everyone would already
be driving all the rare STi versions.
This has been asked many many times before.
Personal import is the only way as previously said,
live in that country and own the car for atleast 12mths
must provide proof of ongoing costs such as fuel, services
rego's and must do alot of paper work to get them over but
once they are here its simple to get them an "A" class rego.
