Im only worried that I need to put a slab down before end of Sept so I can get the full grant.
Meeting our drafty this w/e, and by the time final plans are drawn its gonna be 4-5 weeks. Then another 6 weeks at the council until I get a license.
You cant sell the house for 6/7 years but i plan to live in it for 10+ anyway. |
Hmm i think that u might only have to have the plans and plan to build within a certain time frame to get the grant. But check with the gov..
