can i ask anyone out there with a CAI fitted.... is it ok in this wet weather?

i have the PW CAI, and i have noticed that its getting a bit wet behind the guard liner from water coming in through the vent under the indicator etc....

my car shuddered a bit last night (just after it poured down) just after it started, but has been running fine since

i'm really worried as the pod seems to be a bit damp/slightly wet....

can anyone put me at ease???
