It was me but the agreement to purchase has been cancelled.

farkin devastated but he has used a loophole in our agreement
to pull out so there is nothing i can legally do and its my fault.

Hard lesson to learn and will never make this mistake ever again.

The original owner in ACT sold it to some old guy in QLD using
"Trade dollars" in a property deal and when the old guy got it
he didnt expect the car to be so small inside and low so he's
trying to get rid of it quick.

*Might aswell tell people the deal otherwisw i will get a million Pm's.

Our agreed sale price was $46,500 and i had already put a deposit
down and an agreement was made to pay the remaining funds
within 14days.

I have received and injury payout which takes a few weeks to
issue the money and getting the money else where to cover
this payment (which the seller knew) so i could pay the seller on
the S204 but it was going to take about a week longer than agreed so he has used this opportunity to end our agreement and sell it to someone who is willing to pay alot more.

This is the second time ive missed out on the car, the first time was when it
was originally forsale through prestige and the second being now.

I know im going to cop alot of flack for not having a solid agreement but
the guy seemed genuine, just another one of lifes lessons to always cover your bases and watch your back.

S204 #318/600 goodbye
