Economy 101: Leave car off.

Economy 201: Drive at the lowest rpm you can constantly (i.e. 'highway').

Economy 301: Around the city (i.e. changing gears a lot) drive in vacuum and try to stay out of boost.

Economy 401: Fark thats boring for the extra couple of kms per tank you get. Thrash the shit out of your car like you just stole it and have fun. Want fuel efficiency, buy a scooter.
