Hatch for me

More practical and to me it retains just a teeny tiny bit of the aggressive looks of past generations of the WRX.

Things I dont like about the sedan....

Not as practical in the real world, Imprezas have never had good back seat space but at least with a hatch you can flop the seats down and carry a decent load.

It looks to high sided

The wheels look to small and 'tucked under'

The exhausts look tiny and pathetic...where are the big chrome tips of past WRXii that let out a nice burble at tickover and let the boxer rumble out once your rolling?

Bodykit does not look integrated

Rear lights, spoiler and fake vents in the rear bumper look like they were lifted from a Camry sportivo

In fact to me (especially in Silver) it just looks like a cheap mid-sized, not very practical Camryodore dealer special 'sporty twin cam / 5 speed / bodykit' sedan....like one of those completely gash AHG bodykitted Hyundais you see farting around.

I also think the entire WRX / STI range has been cheapened by the big push to sell the basic versions of the Impreza which has the same interior and bodykit as the WRX. I see loads of RS versions around that look exactly the same.
