Typing legibly is quite easy. Simply take a few seconds to reread your post before you post it.
- If you’ve substituted any letters for numbers, remove them, and retype the word correctly.
- If there’s lack of, or incorrect use of punctuation, correct it. (Including no comma’s where required)
- Ensure you’ve actually used the correct word in the appropriate circumstance. Ie. “then” and “than” are not interchangeable, each have their own definition and purpose. There, their and they’re are also three different words and are used in very different circumstances.
