I have just re read the article. From what I read it states that any height mod needs a permit and permits will not be issued for cars any more than 50mm higher or lower than standard. So in Chris's case, using stock suspension from a different car as he has he is 90mm lower than stock. This would be nearly double the allowable limit.

Hopefully WA will not take this approach.
