Yeah I didnt want to shoot at F/22 but at F/11 it wasnt slow enough to capture the misty waves crashing over the breakwater.

The waves were coming in pretty fast and I had to burst shoot to even get the best shot off. You should have seen some of the other ones I tried to do. That was the best shot of the sequence.

From now on I always have my tripod in my car and all my filters in my bag. Happy to hear everyone's thoughts on my pics... its the only way I learn!

Plus I thought it wasnt too bad for someone who purchased their first DSLR camera 3 months ago and hasnt had any experience photography let alone in shots like that before!
