something that shits me,

customers who come to work and drop there car off to (eg) replace a heater unit in a vt commodore which requires a dash out job. and phone up a hour later wounder if its done!

OR you check some guys car out minimum charge of 25 bucks. hes looking over your sholder breathing on your neck while u look at his (eg) brake switch. and then u just tell him whats wrong with it and he docent want to fix it... so u go ok it only took a second so u just say 10 bucks for looking at it.. then hes like i only got 5 bucks.. well we have efpost.. minimum of 15 bucks.. *insert yelling screaming kicking crying from customer* just say fuck it give me the five bucks and leave..
