oil cooler vs aftermarket sump. which offers better protection on track.
would like some discussion in relation to which out of those 2 offer the best engine protection on a track.
oil cooler: keeps oil temperatures in check, adds slightly more oil capacity
aftermarket sump: increased oil volume, protects against oil starvation
what are options for aftermarket sump? would it worth modifying a stock sump to increase its capacity and adding say a cosworth baffle plate?
