Your heads will bolt onto a ej22 block. But finding a OEM Ej22 close deck turbo block is a pain. Easier to start with a Close Deck Ej20G found in RS Libertys.

RS Liberty 2L Close Deck block. Bore and Sleeve to suit 2.5L. Machine to suit late model crank. Machine to suit 14mm head studs. Stick your current crank, rods and pistons in.

And yeah, your heads are gone. I wouldnt bother trying to repair those. Welding up the holes mean they'll never be as strong and I wouldnt be surprised if there was warping or cracking with the amount of heat and pressure that blew past the gaskets.


Bitch Slap the dude that sold you the block telling you they were 14mm head studs. It wont fix anything but it will make you feel better.
