They are still a 125 cc but you will have put the restrictor in between the exhaust and the block. When they are restricted the jetting becomes even more of an issue.
If you are going to get harvey to build your engine make sure you give him plenty of notice and tell him that you are going to a meet at least one week before the event that you are actually going to. I have had a rather interesting discussion with him about getting someone else in to build his engines but he would rather everyone gets pissed off at him and miss out on work than get someone else in.
In terms of trailers I would suggest that you get one big enough that you and your mate can sleep in if you go to the country meets. It is a totally different atmosphere and a really good excuse for a boys weekend.
