Its got nothing to do with the end links. Its not tension in the bar that is making it hard. It literally won't fit... as in the bushings look too big and the U shaped clamp literally cannot fit over the bushings and attach to the chassis.

1 end is a bolt, and the other end is a tab that fits into a slot. Once I get the tab in the slot, there is no way I can compress the bushing hard enough to get the bolt into the hole.

I have a feeling I got the wrong bushes? Or am I just supposed to compress the shi*t out of those bushes? i.e. use a car jack to lift up the U-clamp until I can ge the bolt in? I think it would strip the bolt once I remove the jack.
