i think power fc is a proper ecu allows a full tune, whereas safc only allows you to modify the air/fuel ratio.

and i dun think the sti intercooler from the same year model will gain you anything. they have the same dimension, just different colour. just get yaself a silicon y pipe if you're gonna stick to the factory tmic.
