Here's the full list of goodies. As you install each one there is a noticeable difference in how much easier it is to shift

top left: rear shifter bushing
top right: transmission mount bushings
bottom left: rear diff bar bushings, don't help the shift but are good :P
bottom right: front shifter bushing

Each of the aftermarket parts is firmer than the OEM ones, and this is what makes the shifting action much more precise. also note that these will add a little bit more noise (NVH)

From there you can add a GrpN or Cusco transmission mount. Once again this increases NVH a little but makes fast accurate shifting easier
