i cant speak as to how they go with OEM stereos, but i have the eclipse DCU-105 processor to go along with an eclipse stereo.
personally i cant fault it, have not problems with the unit at all and love the way it has been tuned.
im sure bumpstop's reply has answered your questions tho...
