Yep, looks the goods to me. and the PPG gearbox is a massive plus.
if you assume the engine has had a tough life considering the gearbox has PPG gears (only an assumption), so factor in 4 grand into your budget for a 207 bottom end and you will be laughing.
But tell him hes dreaming on the price...
Maybe even consider an earlier model without airbags so you can modify the interior etc? but then your engine and standard gearbox are not as good from the factory..
